Some people arrive simply needing to stop. Vishram — rest — holds space for them: time to slow down, breathe, and let the mountains do their quiet work.

Days unfold gently — nature walks, massage and bodywork, reflection beside the lotus ponds and fountains, and long unscheduled hours. Among gardens, trees and rescued animals, the nervous system remembers how to settle.

Healing here is not a programme to complete but a permission to rest. Guests leave a little lighter, carrying some of the sanctuary’s calm back into their lives.
