Daily practices to help guests return to peace, clarity and inner strength.

At the heart of Earth Seva Foundation is a daily rhythm of stillness. Sadhana — steady practice — is how the sanctuary will begin and end each day, and it is meant for everyone who comes.

Guests are welcomed into unhurried meditation at dawn and dusk, gentle yoga suited to every body, and long stretches of silence among the trees. There is no level to reach and nothing to perform — only a return to clarity and inner strength.

Held lightly by experienced teachers, the practice asks nothing in return. It is offered freely, in the spirit of seva, to anyone seeking a quieter mind.
