Seva & Community

Seva means service offered without expectation of return. It is the spirit the foundation is built on, and the way every guest becomes part of the place rather than a visitor to it.

There is always real work to share: tending the gardens, caring for the animals, cooking, cleaning, and welcoming those who arrive tired. Done together and unhurried, this work becomes a practice of its own.

In time, the sanctuary hopes to extend that service outward — supporting the surrounding mountain community with food, care and a place to rest.
